Jars of Cridling Whipped Yorkshire Honey
Introducing Cridling Whipped Yorkshire Honey, the new, delicious innovation of an age-old pantry staple.
Our Cridling Honey Smiths have spent quite some time creating our Whipped Honey range using only Pure Yorkshire Honey and a little Cridling magic. This exquisite blend has been crafted to celebrate our Yorkshire heritage whilst staying true to our Cridling principals of only using real, natural ingredients - and the only ingredient in this is honey!
Honey really is the ambrosia of gods, liquid gold, symbol of wisdom, fertility and spirituality and renowned for its medicinal qualities. It is almost impossible to improve, almost.
One of the most common questions we hear from customers is "How do I eat honey, what do I do with it?"
We set out to make honey more accessible and appealing and in the process developed our range of whipped honeys. Whipped honey is honey beaten to break down all the natural compounds and sugars. During the process the honey becomes lighter in colour and the consistency becomes smoother and stiffer, almost like a paste. It's easier to handle, you can spoon it out without it dripping uncontrollably so less mess. It spreads really well over warm waffles for example and you can easily stir in straight into a hot drink.
Whipped Yorkshire Honey is totally natural and contains nothing else but honey.
Cridling Whipped Honey - The purest Liquid Gold crafted by our very own Honey Smiths.
Jars of honey are supplied with their very own wooden honey drizzler and bee charm. Sizes available are 50g (1.5oz), 112g (4oz), 225g (8oz) and 340g (12oz) jars. Please select size required.
Store below 25°C. Once opened, store in refridgeration. Crystallization naturally occurs with honey. Warm the jar gently in hot water (without letting water into the jar), stir at intervals and the honey will become runny. You can also do this if you prefer a runny honey.
Mixed packs also available.
At Cridling, we believe in being respectful towards our bees and the environment, which is why we only take what the bees don't need, ensuring the sustainability and health of our hives.
We only use compostable and recyclable packaging materials. Please reuse or recycle glass jars and metal lids when ever possible. Thank you.
