Introducing Cridling Whipped Honey with Mint (leaves), the new, delicious innovation of an age-old pantry staple.
 
Our Cridling Honey Smiths have spent quite some time creating our Whipped Honey range using only Pure Yorkshire Honey and a little Cridling magic. This exquisite blend has been crafted to celebrate our Yorkshire heritage whilst staying true to our Cridling principals of only using natural ingredients - the honey and one other ingredient, in this case Mint (yes, the leaves are still in there).
 
When we chose Mint, it really was a gamble. Afterall, many people simply associate mint with toothpaste and chewing gum and fail to appreciate the culinary potential of this garden herb. Pairing actual mint leaves with Cridling Whipped Honey was a stroke of genius. They said it couldn't be done and we proved them wrong. 
 
By using fresh, chopped mint leaves, the honey is able to absorb the natural, intense flavour whilst preserving the small pieces which further add flavour and texture to any dish. This really is a treat for mint lovers. The leaves tend to ascend to the top of the jar, simply stir them back in prior to helping yourself.  
 
Cridling Whipped Honey with Mint is a classic pairing, use it to pep up lemonade, simply add to boiling water for a soothing honey and mint drink, honey and mint mojito, make a honey and mint salad dressing and it is a great accompanyment to Lamb and grilled meat dishes. Failing that enjoy it straight off the spoon for a minty pick me up.

Jars of honey are supplied with their very own wooden honey drizzler and bee charm. Sizes available are 50g (1.5oz), 112g (4oz), 225g (8oz) and 340g (12oz) jars. Please select size required.

Store below 25°C. Once opened, store in refridgeration. Mint leaves rise to the top of the jar, simply stir back in before helping yourself. Crystallization naturally occurs with honey. Warm the jar gently in hot water (without letting water into the jar), stir at intervals and the honey will become runny. You can also do this if you prefer a runny honey.
